Job Description

Our client located in the Maricopa County area of Arizona is seeking a Compound Engineer on a full-time direct hire basis. In this role you will:

• Develop research, evaluate, and implement new compound and materials technologies using laboratory testing.
• Verify process acceptability through analysis and hands-on testing.
• Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of plastic compounding to  design, execute and analyze experiments and findings.
• Oversee production of test specimens, mechanical and analytical testing of compounds.

Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering Discipline or equivalent. 4+ years of experience using thermoplastic compounding.
