Position Summary: This position reports to the Director of Operations for Fryers & Griddle/Broilers and will manage a team of engineers to support new product development, product customizations, and other engineering activities. We move fast and always look for new ways to raise the bar. We look for people who can take ownership while being flexible and embracing change within our small nimble team. We are looking for people who connect to our mission and are passionate about motorcycles, powersports, automotive, or similar sports.
We are looking for a Lead Ruby Developer for several ongoing projects for our website and database projects. You will be working closely with the Rever Leadership team, Mobile Lead, and contract developer to continue to enhance the rider experience.
Our Next Lead Ruby Developer Will:
Lead several ongoing projects for website and database initiatives
Focus on new feature development
Update the version of Ruby and JavaScript libraries
Modifications on automated tests
Working with a small team so will be doing a little of everything
Be part of the next evolution of Rever within the Comoto Family of Brands
Qualifications
Our Next Lead Ruby Developer Has:
5+years full-stack web development experience
Experience owning and leading projects
Ruby (Ruby on Rails preferred)
JavaScript with a preference for React, but open to other frameworks.
Proficiency in payment processing, email and notification systems management
Passion for motorcycles, powersports, automotive, outdoors, mapping, or similar activities
