Primary Purpose of Position:

Review and coordinate work assignments, plan work to be performed and obtain necessary tools, equipment, and materials. Complete assignments and paperwork in a timely manner. Oversee the work of Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Utility Workers.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of equipment being serviced and employ service procedures and techniques indicative of first class work. Follow inspection and service procedures outlined in the preventative maintenance and loss control programs.

Keep the shop, equipment rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
Inspect all areas of the building(s) and report deficiencies as well as suggestions for improvement.
Monitor contractors, inspect work and generate deficiency lists.
Administer necessary inventory control programs to ensure adequate spare parts and material inventories
General
Available for various shifts and to occasionally work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure adequate building coverage and perform necessary repairs.
Provide exemplary customer service to internal and external customers in a positive and timely manner.
Assist in instituting and administering policies and procedures established by Engineering Management.
Respond to after hours emergencies such as fire, flooding, severe weather (including snow and ice removal) power outage and other related situations including clean-up activities, if other contracted personnel are not available.
Region/Building Specific Functions:
Assist in the technical training and upgrading of skills of more junior personnel.
Pursue employee development objectives recommended by the Chief Engineer and/or Property Manager.
Assist in the administration of the properties’ impairment and loss prevention program.

Requirements and Qualifications:

License(s) for applicable jurisdiction and equipment:
HVAC Masters license, preferred
SMT Certification or enrollment in a program, preferred
Universal CFC certification required.
Position requires expertise with centrifugal chillers and direct digital controls.

Excellent technical and problem solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Identify and capture opportunities for improving the safety, reliability, operability and profitability of the
operating area through process control improvements.
Train refinery personnel on the effective use of process control applications and systems.
Demonstrate knowledge of operating area interactions with the rest of the refinery and helps troubleshoot
process problems in the operating area and refinery.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining multivariable control applications
as well as the supporting multivariable control applications (inferred properties, et al)
Serve as mentor/trainer for less-experienced process and control engineers, specifically in the area of Advanced Process Control (APC)
Will be sought after to provide expertise for multi-refinery, Manufacturing, or Enterprise initiatives (bog alarm coordination, APC efforts across units/refineries, new technology evaluation, standards review/development, etc)
Required qualifications:
B.S. Chemical Engineering, or other related discipline, is required.
15 yrs implementing advanced process control systems in a refinery or petrochemical enviroment
Minimum 2 + yrs exp planning and implementing refinery wide APC applications
Expert level process control knowledge, including design, configuration, support and programming of Honeywell and/or Yokogawa distributed control systems (DCS).
SME level knowledge of Advanced Process Control (APC) methods and techniques using ASPEN DMC and IQ
SME level knowledge of refinery configuration and processes
Very strong technical/analytical skills, with proven record of innovative problem solving and proactive system improvement.
Ability to work with others and build relationships across organizations.
Ability to create and promote an environment of trust, teamwork and inclusiveness through actions and behaviors.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills. Ability to communicate at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of assignments for individual team members and groups, and to set and manage priorities.
Domestic travel of up to 10% may be required

As FCM manager in Sweden you will be in charge of 5 Bosch sites of the legal entities Robert Bosch AB and Bosch Thermoteknik AB. Bosch owns a building for the head office in Kista, a winter test center in Arjeplog and a research and production site in Tranås. Bosch rents office space in Lund and Gothenburg and warehouses in Tranås.
You will be located in Lund and have to travel regularly to all Swedish sites.
In your new role, you will contact person for internal and external tenants, service providers and authorities and take care of the provision of space and services as required by tenants under the aspect of efficient and optimal use of space.
You will support repair, maintenance, and modernization measures as well as handle relocation and conversion projects in compliance with cost, schedule and quality requirements.
You will ensure transparent, regular reporting on the business activities of the real estate properties for which you are responsible.
You will ensure the calculation of rental and ancillary rental costs within the target corridor with the site manager, coordination with the customer.

You will ensure the accuracy and validity of local data (e.g. area, customers, contracts including energy consumption in all tools.

You will lead the team of facility management and service providers.
